Have you ever walked around Commonweal and wondered about how long the cliffs will last? What kind of bush is that three-leafed red plant? Or if that four legged animal was a lost pet, a coyote or a fox? Now is your chance to ask any questions and learn about our land – the plants, animals, geology and history in this corner of the Pt. Reyes Peninsula. 

Ben Becker, one of our local lead scientists for the Pt. Reyes National Seashore, has volunteered to take us on a walk for around Commonweal. Ben will share some of the natural and cultural history of this land that we steward. If you can, please let us know that you are coming by RSVPing below, though you can also just show up.

The walk will take place on Wednesday, January 18 at Noon. We will meet at the Commonweal main office building.
