Adam Yukelson

Adam is the Chief Strategies Officer at Commonweal. In this role, he is developing an organizational structure that will enable Commonweal to address the challenges of the polycrisis.  

Adam spent the last few years at Meta working at the intersection of ethics and new product development. Before that he spent over a decade with the MIT-based Presencing Institute, where he designed and led programs that helped bring the organization’s work with Theory U to a global scale.

Adam also consults with leading NGOs, philanthropies, and companies on the application of systems thinking and multi-stakeholder change methodologies to their work in sustainability, responsible innovation, and more.

Earlier in his career, Adam worked on social and emotional learning programs for young people in India, community health worker programs in Ghana, and youth mentorship programs in Philadelphia.
