Waz Thomas

Waz Thomas is a co-founder of the Commonweal Cancer Help Program. He served as yoga teacher for many early years of the program, and served as 25-year general manager of Commonweal. Michael Lerner calls him the “heart” of Commonweal, and his unique perspective and quirky humor bring new perspectives and open hearts everywhere he goes.

Currently, Waz serves as intake coordinator and senior advisor for the Cancer Help Program.
